Costumes – Serbian
We perform dances from the Balkan region of southern Europe in Serbian costumes. Our Balkan repertoire currently includes dances from Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania as well as Serbia. As in many other cultures, Serbian folk costumes have great variety in decorations from region to region. Our group’s costumes have simple trim, representing traditional peasant clothing.
